> 4_BOOKING_AND_PAYMENTS

All prices are provided by third-party travel providers and are subject to change until booking is confirmed. Prices include applicable taxes and fees unless otherwise stated.

Payment is processed at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards. By providing payment information, you represent authorization to use the payment method.

[4.3 CONFIRMATION]

Your booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email with your booking reference number. Please verify all details upon receipt.

Cancellation and refund policies are determined by the individual travel providers (airlines, hotels, etc.) and vary by booking. These policies are displayed before you complete your booking. AI VACATIONS is not responsible for refunds—all refund requests must be processed according to the provider's policies.

> 6_TRAVEL_PROVIDER_RESPONSIBILITY

AI VACATIONS acts as an intermediary only. Travel providers are responsible for:

• • Not use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• • Not attempt to interfere with platform functionality

> 8_LIMITATION_OF_LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI VACATIONS shall not be liable for:

• • Actions/omissions of third-party travel providers
• • Flight delays, cancellations, or overbooking
• • Hotel conditions or service quality
• • Loss of baggage or personal belongings
• • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• • Any losses exceeding the amount paid for the booking

> 9_GOVERNING_LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
