Terms of Service

By accessing or using AI VACATIONS ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

AI VACATIONS is a hotel-deal matchmaker. We let you name your price for a hotel and negotiate with the hotel on your behalf. We are NOT a reservations service or online travel agency: we do not sell flights, packages, or process final bookings. When a hotel accepts your offer, you pay a booking fee to reveal a booking code and complete your reservation DIRECTLY with the hotel.

Price definition. The price you name is an all-in nightly rate: it includes all applicable taxes and any mandatory or resort fees, for a standard stay (standard check-in and check-out times). It does NOT include optional extras (e.g. early check-in/late check-out, parking, minibar, upgrades, or incidentals). If a hotel accepts, that all-in nightly rate is the total room price you pay the hotel — no taxes or resort fees are added at check-in. Our booking fee is separate and disclosed before you pay it.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining credential confidentiality.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information.
• You are responsible for all activities under your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts violating these Terms.

Our fees. AI VACATIONS does not charge you for the hotel stay itself. When a hotel accepts your offer, you may pay a booking fee (5% of the accepted price) to reveal the booking code. Hotels separately pay us a commission on accepted offers. The room rate is paid directly to the hotel.

Unlock payment. The booking fee is charged when you choose to reveal an accepted deal. We accept major credit cards. By providing payment information, you represent authorization to use the payment method.

Booking direct. After unlocking, you complete your reservation directly with the hotel using the booking code we provide. Your stay is confirmed by the hotel, not by AI VACATIONS. Please verify all details with the hotel.

Cancellation and refund policies for your stay are set and enforced by the hotel and vary by booking. The applicable cancellation policy is shown to you BEFORE you pay the booking fee. Because you book and pay for the room directly with the hotel, AI VACATIONS is not responsible for stay refunds — all such requests must be handled according to the hotel's policies.

Booking-fee guarantee. Our booking fee is non-refundable once a deal has been revealed, EXCEPT if the hotel fails to honor your confirmed rate or booking code. In that case, contact us and we will refund your booking fee in full. The booking fee covers our matchmaking service; it is separate from the room rate, which is always paid to the hotel.

AI VACATIONS acts as a matchmaker only. Hotels are responsible for:

• Honoring accepted offers and booking codes
• Fulfilling the reserved stay
• Hotel accommodations and amenities
• Their own terms and conditions

• Provide accurate information when making offers
• Complete bookings directly with the hotel using your code
• Comply with all applicable laws and travel regulations
• Not use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Not attempt to interfere with platform functionality

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI VACATIONS shall not be liable for:

• Actions/omissions of hotels or third parties
• A hotel declining, cancelling, or not honoring an offer
• Hotel conditions or service quality
• Loss of personal belongings during your stay
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Any losses exceeding the booking fee paid to us

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
